Hi Tracy. I know you will get some good answers on this list. First of all, locate the best Reproductive Endocrinologist in town, and have him help you get your thyroid under control, and manage you correctly for PCOS. Anyone who juat says 'lose weight' isn't helpful, as it is close to difficult. You also are at increased risk for diabetes, and probably alreay insulin resistant. Please do a lot of reading about your condition, so that you know what to expect. Here is an bit technical but very informative article about Hyperandrogenism which is what you have.
