I found that having fresh fruit 10 minutes BEFORE meals helps curb my appetite and helps me not crave carbs and sugar between meals. My favorites are canaloupe, oranges, berries, apples, pears, and peaches/nectarines.

Just a little discovery that works for me. Maybe give it a try??
