Hi!

The first few weeks on Atkins or any other low carb diet can be tough. Your body is getting used to being without the all of the carbs. Try adding an additional salad or two in order to increase your carbs a little. This helps me. The headaches and fatigue you may experience usually go away after a few weeks as your body adjusts. If it doesn't seem like a good plan for you, do look into other low carb plans. There are many out there. There is a good support site http://www.atkinsfriends.com where there is support, great recipes, etc. Many of the people there are doing Atkins but many others are doing other low carb plans like Somersizing or Protein Power, etc. Hope it all works out! God bless! Tera
