Hi!

I agree that we should not be cutting out veggies and fruit and that we need to be smart as to which ones we choose to eat. For help, go to atkinsfriends.com. That site has a carb counter that lists almost every food known to mankind! This counter has helped me make smarter decisions with my food.

About the breads and pastas. Lowering your carbs in general is good for your health and good for your PCOS. If weight loss is your goal, some women can lose weight by including breads and pastas and some cannot. You'll have to test it out and see how low you have to go with your carbs in order to lose. God bless, Tera

The difference is I'm not giving up fruits and veggies. I'm munching on apples, grapes and bananas, to give my body healthier carbs. I'm also working on cutting out as much caffeine as possible and drinking more water. I don't know if it will work or not, but I think maybe the natural types of carbs might be something worth trying. My body needs some carbs for all the exercise and extra curricular activities I do.
