I was on Atkins and also suffered from terrible headaches. Perhaps you should read up on the CAD diet. I am on it now and have not had any problems with headaches. And in my first week I lost the same amount of weight that I did on Atkins.

Hello everyone! I have PCOS and am on clomid and HCG shots. A week ago I started the Atkins diet to try and loose some weight. I have been sticking to it, although sometimes it is very difficult. However, the headaches are unbearable. Can anyone offer any help with this? From what I read here, maybe I should switch to the CAD or the zone. I cannot stand these headaches any longer.
