Not wanting veggies is a bad thing. That is why I was glad I started wanting them after starting the CAD diet.

I can't understand how not wanting a vegatable can be good, it seems that the good carbs are being forgotten in low carb diets and potentially increasing risk for other diseases such as cancer.
