Hi Anne,

That's very interesting that you should say that. I've started to modify my eating to remove as much bread, pasta and rice from it as possible. I'm going to eat more protein. The difference is I'm not giving up fruits and veggies. I'm munching on apples, grapes and bananas, to give my body healthier carbs. I'm also working on cutting out as much caffeine as possible and drinking more water. I don't know if it will work or not, but I think maybe the natural types of carbs might be something worth trying. My body needs some carbs for all the exercise and extra curricular activities I do.
