Hello:
My name is Nicole and I have PCOS. I have started Metforin. Because I the medication I have been eating very little because I am either sick or have an upset stomach. I am an aerobic instructor and teach 6 times a week as well as do weight trainning. Nothing, and I mean nothing will help me loose weight I have even been to weight specialist and gotten Phentermine and It does not do the trik. I have come to believe that there is nothing out there that will help yet I am still interested in knowing what you are using.
