The Zone

The Zone seems like one of the more 'accepted' ways of eating, that many providers can live with. Many feel some of the plans (eg: Atkins) is too rigid, and not really helping folks learn how to eat in healthy ways. The Zone seems more sensible. The blocks might be a bit confusing, but Sears clearly identifies which foods might not be as healthy for you. I also like the glycemic index categories. It is the first book that turned me around about how to eat. Don't let it get too complicated ! Pat
