Thanks Victoria. I should clarify that I do not have PCOS, but know lots of folks who do. I do have some level of IR, as losing weight is (has always been) very difficult. EAting more carefully carbs I feel so much better, especially as I head into menopause. When I was working as a NP, I became interested in both nutrition and PCOS and my interest has continuted through the years. I think on line support can be very helpful for folks, as for starters they realize they are not alone.
