I was diagnosed in 99, but until recently did not know anything about it. My Dr. did not inform be, it was only because a magazine article that I read that I remembered. Long story won't go into. Anyway I have just learned about needing to eat a Low Carb diet because my bodies inability to metabolize the sugars in carbs properly. I have also got a friend who has just become a distributor of Advocare. Since until now I have not heard of advocare. Any info would be great. also on the low carb diet food tips etc...
