Do some good research about PCOS and Fertility. BE careful of Clomid, and it doesn't work so well. I'm with you are far aw waiting and seeing what will happen as you get your weight and hormones under control. Determine IF you are ovulating. You might not need Clomid. Here are some good web sites. Also, are you seeing a REproductive Endocrinologist? They can help with the hormone balance, and less likely to jump into technology. If your provider is certain you are ovulating, then why the clomid? Clomid isn't always the best option for someone with PCOS Lots of good articles: http://www.midwivesofwa.org/pcos.htm PCOS Articles specific for infertility and clomid use: http://www.midwivesofwa.org//pcosarticles.htm http://www.midwivesofwa.org//pcosarticles.htm#InfertilityandPreg Hyperandrogenism: http://www.aace.com/clin/guidelines/hyperandrogenism2001.pdf IVF: PCOS articles: http://www.ivf.com/links/pcoslinks.html What have some of the rest of you found ?
