i too found out today i have polycistic ovaries i have been given the o/c dianette its a life saver i've been on it since xmas and its already helping. my excess hair on my lip is thinning my acne is clearing my periods are still heavy but i am taking tranemic acid to clot the blood. i have been scared about my fertility but take it your stride think about it nearer the time i'm 19 in a serious relationship but i cant let that ruin my life i have terrible mood swings luckily my weight is ok as i have heard that it cause weight gain my dr told me i could have been polycistic since i was 15 i thought i was normal so coped till i had a 4 week period couldnt handle that.i hope you feel better if you want to chat to someone in the same situation email me i'm happy to chat i need to talk sometimes as well i've been feeling reallly lonely
