First of all this sounds like an advertisement, not a personal endorsement.

Second, herbalife has a lot of Kelp (high in iodine)in it which may help thyroid function in some people, thus promoting weight loss Iodine can also cause/ exacerbate acne, like it did in me. I have bad acne due to PCOS and herbalife made my cystic acne WORSE (more numerous, widespread and severe) and I didn't lose any weight. The well intended uneducated dealer told me it was impurities coming out of my pores. I'm not saying that this would happen to anyone else I'm just saying what happened to me.
