Hi - I'm interested by your post and the link you posted. Do you know
anything about this prolonged fasting? I am wondering if there is
anything in it- i.e would it help the PCOS body respond positively and
more quickly to a suitable change in diet? Of course, I am still trying
to find out what this change would be- lower carbing doesn't seem to be
doing much yet apart from making me feel slightly better- I am seriously
considering the dreaded Atkins after all...I know nothing about fasting
and detox stuff- kind of thought it wasn't too relevant to PCOS, but now
I'm interested.
