I think they have a new point system, and folks have found their program successful. I think you can choose which carbs to eat or not. I'm not sure they have accepted the trend away from so many carbs, but they were one of the original weight loss programs to limit starchy carbs. Work to eat more of the high fiber vegetables, and avoid/limit the starchy carbs. BE sure to get enough protein.
