Hi!

If getting "regular" is what you want grains and fruits are not your only option. We can pretty much have unlimited veggies on a low carb diet and most veggies will help to make you regular.

I have also read good things about Somersizing (sp?) and I'm looking into it myself. I've heard that the cookbooks are really great. God bless! Tera
