I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I also have the pear shaped body, oily skin, infertility, skin tags, and alot of increased hair. You are not alone. I have learned it effects more women than you think. I am 5'6' ans 248 lbs. Losing weight is so hard I know and other women know what you are going through. There is a web site for women with PCOS. I have found it very helpful and you might too.

pcosupport.org

Also you might try a book I have just started reading. It might be helpful also. PCOS The Hidden Epidemic by: Samuel S. Thatcher Hope this helps
