The same general vitamins would apply to you that would apply to a diabetic. B vitamins (including b12), selenium, magnesium, some antioxidants.

I take atkins multivitamins - they do wonders for me even though I don't adhere strictly to the diet. I also feel comfortable in their consistency. I take basic #3 and the essential oils. You can find them online at atkinsdiet.com or at your local gnc or vitamin world.
