I have no weight problems and not much excess hair but terrible mood swings.My Endo told me that my insulin was fine even though he has only ever given me one blood test since I started seeing him.I am concerned about my future health as I have learned that my symptoms could worsen.Does anyone have any advice on Diet and lifestyle changes and what I should be telling my Endo to look for as he doesn`t seem very with it.
