There could be two problems, although the most likely is this: you have
quit an addictive substance cold turkey. Caffine withdrawal can cause
headaches nausea, jitters, and fatigue. This is becase caffine mimics
your neurotransmitters and alter the receptors of them. It copies your
NT's that make you feel awake. So without the caffine, your body is
reacting to all of these extra neuro transmitters with nothing to do.
Doctors sugggest that you do not stop caffine all together at once.
Instead, cut down gradually. These withdrawlal symptoms may last
between a week and a month, depending on your previous intake. The
other problem might be that you are not eating enough. Forget cups.
Make sure that you rae eaing 15 grams of carbs with each serving and
balanced with 7 grams of protien. If you are measuring wrong, it might
be that your body is ungry. Your weight loss soes seem very rapid.
Sometime, the body should not lose more than 1 or 2 pounds a week. Try
going on ebay, to see if you can find some American (pounds and cups and
stuf) measuring cups if you can not keep track of the actual carbs and
protein counts. Email me if you need anything, and good luck. Stefanie
