That's interesting. I've never heard not to do aerobic exercise because
of adrenal issues. Kat Kearny I think is how you spell it who has the
soul cysters.com said she worked out for 14 months straight with six
days a week of cardio and three days a week of lifting and finally shed
90 pounds...but she ate correctly and hardly cheated she said. I have
never heard of not doing aerobic and not to do it more than 3-4 days a
week.
