It has been recommended to do non aerobic exercise because of the adrenal issues many of us have. Our bodies think we are in adrenal fatigue already for most of us and this means that aerobic exercise can do more harm than good.

That in mind, do things like: yoga, tai chi, weight lifting

no more than 30 mins 3-4 x a week.
