I"m wondering if anyone comes on here anymore...but help I need some tips on weight loos as well.. I was diagnosed with pcos in the OR. I was 16 and had to have emergency surgery to remove a large cyst. I had an alergic reaction to birth controll pills.. I've gained over 100 lbs the last couple years and now i have a son and it's really bothering me...
