1 cardio for one hour 3-4 times a week 2 lifting weight with high reps, low weight. if you need further explaination, feel free to email me... my friend is a personal trainer. It is working for me. I have cut out the carbs, and am on this regime.... i have gone from 228 to 190 in 6 months. 45 more to go to goal.... woohoo.......if someone out there can tell me how to keep these lovely big boobs of mine without them dropping to my knees.. i would love some return advice!!!
