Hi Teri,

I am using sugar busters approach (not 100% but pretty close - and except for occassional breakouts). So far I have lost nearly 40 lbs since about april last year. Mind you, I am also combining that with slimfast. But this is the first time I have been able to lose weight without totally starving myself. I think it is quite realistic for a long-term approach.
