Well let me put it another way. When I said in the last message I hate most veggies and hate salad. I mean they make me sick to my stomach. I tried for two weeks to eat lots of them. I became weak and had no energy to do anything because I felt like my body did not get enough nourishment. I vegearian diet is hard in my family also. I am an avid hunter and beef, pork, chicken, fish, and wild game are my favorite things to eat. Back when I was a teenage I saw a nutritionist and counted my calories and fat intake. It did work. I just lack the proper motivation at the time. Now that I am an adult I feel I could do it again, however I live in such a isolated area getting to the doctor needless to say a nutitionist would be difficult. Does anyone know where I can get a calorie and fat counting booklet?
