Thanks Anne-That diet sound like something I could actually adhere to
with just a little effort. I know for sure now that the gallbladder
pain was caused by the low carb. It got so bad yesterday, and then I
ate a handful of raisins and within 1/2 hour it was gone. Definatly not
a diet for me. Please keep us informed on how your diet goes.
