I asked my doctor to give me some diet guidelines to go with this drug. She had no information to help me. I went on the internet to search out a diet to go with this drug. I found some infomation on using Metformin with a diet called Hypo-caloric! My only trouble is that I could not figure out what that was. What the Heck is Hypo-caloric?
