Hi Kathy

I have been on the Atkins diet for the last 6 months and loving every minute of it. I have lost over 20 pounds and feel so much more alert with this way of eating. When I did the induction week it took several days to get my keto strips to become positive and they have never gone really purple. After a good workout at the gym they may register a mid-range colouration, and the weight is coming off at around a pound a week.

Keep up the good work. I am sure the results will be well worth it. It is nice not to be hungry on a diet and the quality of my hair and skin have certainly improved.
