Hi Jo!

I have read and have been following the insulin resistence diet. My doctor's refused to give me metformin and told me to try diet and exercise first. Like that really helps!! But it has. My daughter and Fiancee have been helping me stay on track and i feel better. I have more energy using the balance and link method. The diet is not hard to follow and you are still able to eat alot of the things you are use to eating. I hated giving up some of my fruit, but some had waaayyy too much sugar in it.. If you need a buddy, I can always use more support and give back any support you may need..
