I'll have to ask my endo that one! he swears my blood sugar is fine. (But understands that has little to do with insulin resistance sometimes.)

I think a lot of my problems are also due to the thyroid, I have taken to eating some chocolate bars made w/splenda and malitol, you know the "eat too much of it and it works as a laxative" thing with lunch, and it seems to help me just enough to get over the constipation hurdle.. I think what happens is you get constipated, backed up, and then the rest of it turns to diarrhea! without the constipation, I don't get as much loose stool.

Yes yes exactly. My husband has slightly damaged hearing, from years of being a garage musician, or in our case office musician (lol) and he always wants to keep the tv too loud for my comfort. We settle on a middle level, but then when he talks sometimes his voice gets so loud I want to strangle him, and he absolutely hates it when I tell him to turn his voice down. But what can I do? Sit there and wig out instead? I don't think he'd like that either. Especially when I wake up, or am tired, that is the worst time for me.

My husband thinks I am insane, he always wants all the lights on everywhere, he has bad eyes (thick glasses but not coke bottoms yet lol) and his glasses are tinted, I think that he needs more light to see than me. Anyway what happens is I keep lamps around, soft lighting, 40 or 60 watt bulbs, and sometimes I just see by the light of my computer or by the light of another room filtering in. That is my comfort zone... darkness :)

Yesterday I had to go home from work early, I Felt so guilty, but I just couldn't get the energy to do anything!! Even when I got home at 10am my brain was malfunctioning, my husband was delighted to see me and wanted to talk to me for hours, and I kicked back and listened mostly, and whenever I chimed in with a comment it was totally ignorant or backwards, it seems I get speech problems when I'm like this and go half dyslexic and whatever other speech disorders there are out there where you can't think of the right words to say and/or say the wrong words if they sound similar.. whatever.. my brain doesn't work.
