ARE WE HAVING HYPO ATTACKS?IS THIS IR LIKE HYPOGLACEMIA?
oH,YES TO THE NAUSEA AND MOOD SWINGS....ALSO,AFFECTED BY FOODS.
I can get so nauseated, but then I eat something bland, and have some
lemon water,or else some ginger tea and I do feel better. The ginger
tea, though, can bring on more perspiration, but I suppose that is a good
sign that it is ridding of toxins and water. If I have the ginger tea
during the day,,I won't have a night sweat.I get hypo sometimes during
my sleep,,,I am so hot, without perspiring anywhere accept my tummy and
chest and back. Then come the wonderful heart palps too.I attribute that
to possibly my blood sugars being too low when I am asleep.ANY
SUGGESTIONS?
>>>Do you women drink any fruit juices/and if so,may I ask,how much?
>not often, but i drink huge amounts of tea, regular & decalf, but with a Yes,it certainly gives us another issue to deal with.I have alternating bowel problems during the course of ONE DAY...from a normal stool,to ribbons, then constipated,,,all in the course of a day and is also driving me nuts. I was worse before the protein diet...I constantly had like a dumping syndrome. IBS can also be so embaressing at times. Before I venture out anywhere,I am always making certain that I know where the closest washroom is.
>>>Do you tend to get the runs while on high protein diets? Yep again..lights,noises,,,I get into a rage too,my husband has surround sound here and I want to break the darned thing.I seem to prefer low candelight, and absolutely stray away from the flourescent lighting,as then I really get dizzy. Also,my blood pressure is low,so does not help either. I have sky lights in my home and now I wish I had not got them when we built this house..lol...as they also make me dizzy. I am hypersensitive to noise, lights, loud talking.I feel the best when I am up alone in my loft with my parrot ,lights off, candles burning and QUIET!,,ACCEPT,that Chico of mine(african grey parrot),can talk up a storm, and then even he has to go to his room...lol!Luckliy,he isn't a squeaky parrot..he just talks and actually he relaxes me.
>>>I do drink coffee, which I was told was a no no with this condition, but I feel the same Liz...not alone anymore.I didn't realize how many women suffer with this. Our lives are not easy.Takes alot of work. Oh,and another question?????---DO ANY OF YOU JUST GET PLAIN EXHAUSTED,WHERE YOU JUST CANNOT MAKE IT ANOTHER STEP?I cannot find a pattern to this one. I am fine for a while, then I just crash,,,not tired or sleepy,,just so fatigued and as if I had ran a marathon. Take care all,and let me know how you are all doing.
Hugs,Barbra
