It is a trans fat and bad for the heart--some authorities think it is worse for the heart than naturally saturated fats like butter. If I made this I would try substituting either a monounsaturated oil like canola or peanut, or real butter, for the Crisco. Or I'd leave it out altogether and just add more peanut butter, since it's a fat too!
