Hi Renee,

On the vanilla that is to your liking. I put to taste and then ( what I use)it can be bitter depends on the vanilla I guess. I tend to use more then most since the lowcarb or no carb stuff usually tastes blan to me. Glad you like the cheese cake.

I thought about no one mentions dinner ideas and then thought maybe i would start a trend or something. You know how Italian food is so Carb loaded? WEll, it does not have to be. Here are a couple of my favorites.

Chicken parm............. 1 chicken breast pan fried with pam spray and garlic seasoning 2 pc of mozz cheese the real stuff 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce add the sauce on the chicken when done and then melt cheese and enjoy.

Chicken with veggies steamed...... 4 oz of chicken breast beat flat and then cubed or cut into strips ( saute that with pam and some seasonings, i use chicken boulion) about 2 cups of all the veggies you like, brocolli, a few slivers of carrot, celery, tiny bit of onion, leeks, fresh spinache, zuchinni, fresh green beans. When the chicken is done add the veggies and then steam in same pan. The chicken boullion with the chicken add flavor to the veggies.

I have done this with Chicken, beef, pork and turkey. When done with beef i add a couple teaspoons of tomato sauce. And just use zuchinni.

Anyone have any ideas for dinners?
