I post on here all the time..it takes me a few mintes a day. I exercise over an hour EVERY DAY!!! So do not assume people do not try or that they are lazy!! YOu do not know me..and I do not know you (and frankly with that attitude I dont want to). Different things work for different people. I eat whatever the h*** i want ..and i have lost 50 lbs..so please do not lmp us all into your neat little package of why people are fat. Most of these ladies used to be very svelte but because of insulin problems it is a very hard struggle!!! It is 3 times as hard for us to lose weight then the normal jane, and if you knew ANYTHING about PCOS you would atleast know that!
