That is half of your day already.Standing isn't excersing!

Make excercising a rectreation.Find something that you and your husband
enjoy doing,go for walks together, rather than a movie.Walk on your lunch
break.Fatigue is setting in because you are unconditioned. The more you
sit,the more you are going to want to sit.Try something-anything that
gets the heart pumping-but before trying any new exercise program, first
consult with your doctor.Even if if is just walking, you must talk to
your doctor first, especially since you have been leading quite a
sedentary lifestyle.Incorporate more fun things into the day.I know,I
hear this daily"I am too tired",well, exactly, you are tired because your
metabolism has slowed down so much and you don't require as many
calories as you are probably consuming because of the fact, that you
aren't active.
I see too may DESK JOB women that are ,frankly-FAT!You have the
choice-go and see a movie,or get that heart pumping.
>In today's world it's not so easy to just pick up and exercise, if I In today's world-it is easier now to excerise than ever. There are more health clubs, and walking is free to all. There is no charge for pounding the pavements. Not all like excercise, but it reccomended for all, especially with women with pcos and pco. Personally,I think that these diseases do exhist, but you cannot cast blame on being overweight because of it.That is something that most of you do. Seems as if I hear about diets constantly, but hardly ever do I see a post where someone is talking about their newly found recreatioal activity, called:walking. I keep referring to walking,as it seems to pose easist on most overweight women, without discouraging results. I am just trying t get us women out of the chairs, and get some sweat and tears going and possibly, you'll soon discover that all the diets in the world aren't going to make you lose the weight and KEEP it off. I am
I am hoping that all takes this seriously,we are overweight because of
the ways we eat.
I said my part.
I am assuming that I have offeneded someone out there. My intentions were
not to do that.
This is hard ball ladies and time to FIGHT BACK!
Get in control of your bodies, and stop chewing on BON BON's as you type
at the computer,I can see you all,:-)
