Hi Lisa...

Just wanted to say the the Lo-Carb lifestyle was a dramatic change for me when I started as well. I can also say that I was a big fruit, veggie, grain & lo fat eater as well....little did I know that it was all wrong for me. It didn't really take me all that long to adjust to locarbing. After awhile...I didn't even notice that I was locarbing. Sure, there are things I missed...but i was so satisfied I really didn't think that much about it. Anyway, for more info on locarbing...you may want to check out the Atkins books, Carb Addicts, the Zone...all of them have great information! I've never, ever followed one specific diet...just modified a locarb plan that best fit my lifestyle. Good luck to you!!!
