Hey everyone,

This response is for Anne. That is also my favorite snake sugar free jello with cool whip and sugar free pudding (= have you tasted the pistachio flavor?)... Anyhow is cool whip safe for low carb dieters? I know Lite cool whip has 1 gram of sugar and 2 grams of Carbs every 2 tablespoons, but sometimes I end up eating half of an 8 oz. haa haa haa! BUT I cant help it!! Another good website to go to for lowcarb recipes is:

Check it out and dont over do it with your portions of snacks like I end up doing with cool whip.
