I'm considering Tai Chi but don't know how I could get in a class, beings on how I work so much and have so little time already to spend with my husband and furballs, let alone to clean the house, do laundry, go shopping, etc... or maybe see a movie... and the fatigue cuts short what little time I do have for recreation. In today's world it's not so easy to just pick up and exercise, if I could find some great exercise I could do while doing something else I need to do, that would be excellent, but what would that be?
