dear Elisabeth Hi there I'm am 19 and after severe glandular fever I unfortunatly got polycystic ovaries, I sympathise, I have had to put up with the hair, I am very interested in your course of action for dealing with the problem as you sound like you've been managing well. I took an adrenal test my DHEA was very high which causes excess testosterone , and my cortisol low, and I am also low in progesterone. I have just started taking natural progeterone cream and noticed my facial and body hair getting lighter in 3 months as well as rebalancing my periods. I'd love to hear from you, also a book that may be helpful to other sufferers is (John R Lees book, its called "What your docter may not tell you about the menopause) Take care and good luck
