My OB is testing the results of a birth control just recently approved by the FDA. I have a beard... it's not hair growth, it's a manly beard that MUST be waxed every few days. I have been taking Yasmin for six months. My once constant pains are few and rare, I only have to wax once a month now- and the hair I wax is no longer dark and course but light and far less noticable. ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT IT. It has a higher amount of the ?Progestrins? I'm not sure that's right... it has a higher amount of a hormone type that has allowed me to eliminate my daily estrogen pills.
