here is an awesome salad. i never thought of it from the carb. point of view, but now that i am finially understanding it better, i think this salad would be low carb. here it is bunch of fresh spinich bunch of red leaf lettuce (you could use whatever you want) mushrooms can of mandrin oranges handful of slivered almonds sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds or other seeds of your choice dressing: mis in chopper or food processor to get onion & garlic really small, and use onion & garlic to personal taste. add dressing individually or just before serving 6 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp cider vinigar 2 tsp sugar (substitute with splenda) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp dry mustard 1-3 garlic cloves 1/4 onion
