Thanks for these very common sense recommendations about carbs and carb levles. I think 100 G is a safe level, assuming the fiber has been removed. Lower carbs than that for long periods of time can contribute to problems, and starchy carbs are harder on us than others. 50-100 G seems like a fairly safe range, depending upon what sources you read. Did you glean this information from anywhere specific, or is it a summation of your personal reseach and reading?
