I got a great one off fabulousfoods.com. They have a low-carb section. This is one of my favorites now.

Mix some grated parmesan and romano cheese (or just parmesan) with some itallian herbs and pepper. Cut some chicken breast into strips (or buy it that way). Dip it into beaten egg, then dredge in the cheese. Fry in oil, or a mixture of oil and butter. Voila! Chicken tenders without carbs.

Another one I am doing lately is hot cocoa.

Heat half-and-half, or unsweetened soy milk, or cream with water (3:1 or 2:1 ratio), (depending on your carb tolerance) in a sauce pan. Add some Splenda and cocoa powder. (check the labels--some add sugar or starch; nestle and a red-box who's name I can't remember--it's imported-- are good). When warm, add some cinnamon. You could also add whipped cream on top if desired.
