At least I learned how to spell "lose"....LOL!!!! I had to laugh when I read that message with the mood swings. I am also the Queen of PMS Oh,it was not me that posted the original message out there about ketosis....just not to let anyone's raging hormones get ticked at me,but I too, seem to always spell "LOSE",as "LOOSE",so at least she helped me with my spelling. I agree with Panacea,we should be here to support one another, not take it out on one another. I read the article that anonymous wrote about ketosis and at least it helped me to research further into what it was,as I had no clue and at least now,am able to understand what it is,as I myself was in it and always wondered what it was,but never got a solid answer from my endo and never took the time to research it,,,at least now I did.All messagess regarding ketosis helped me alot! Anyways,I think that anonymous was incorrect about her opinions on Ketosis, but was possibly trying to help,as I know NOW,that it is a good thing for burning fat for a short while, not over a long period.Possibly this is what she was trying to tell us. I think that some are just trying to help a little from bad experiences that they may have gone thru,as I did, when I was completely out of line, expressing my bad experiences with anti-depressants. I now regret that I ever did that,as I now fully understand that resorting to those meds are what some of us need to make it thru a day. It is a struggle,so on that note,I am off to take a shower(uggg),sends my heart palping........morning work-out of the day for this PCOS"er!LOL! Warmest Wishes to All! Hugs=)
