If you have PCOS, that is finally showing the symptoms. Up to 50 % of women are underweight or slim, and then suddenly gain weight. It is part of the hormone imbalance. So, having a good endocrinologist is valuable, so that you can get diagnosed and then appropriatly managed. Perhaps it is time for one of the medications that is effective for PCOS. I think the heart palpitations need to be fully evaluated before you can decide what is going on. Pat
