Hi Grace, I was just diagnosed with PCOS when I went in for infertility testing. Because of my family history, which supported my diagnosis like a text book case, my endocrinologist/infertility doctor strongly urged me to purchase and adopt the principals in "The Zone" by Barry Sears. I am trying it for the first time, so I cannot really comment on its effects.
