I think it would be about the same, because keeping kosher restricts which meats and dairy products you can use, not carbs. Beans, bread, rice, pasta, cereal and all the other carb foods are either kosher naturally or can be found in certified kosher brands. Some meats and cheeses are not kosher, and meat and dairy cannot be eaten together -- so it's the proteins that are restricted, not the carbs. However, kosher low carb shouldn't be a problem, since there are plenty of low carb foods that are kosher.
