A couple of good books for you to check out of the
library or buy:
1. The Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Plan by Drs.
Richard and Rachel Heller.
2. The Schwarzbein Principal by Dr. Diana Schwarzbein.
These have cookbooks associated with them as well. The
books give you all the information you need to make good
food choices. It's a little complex to go into on the
boards. I've found these to be great guides in how to
carb-control.
Hope this helps.
